We want to congratulate our CEO, Lisa Mello, on her selection for the Leadership Cobb 2025 class. This prestigious leadership development program, run by the Cobb Chamber, provides participants with a learning environment that enhances personal and professional growth to benefit the community and its region.

Along with her fellow class members, Ms. Mello will embark on a ten-month learning journey that will follow the theme “Bring it Home.” Participants will be part of structured activities, including leadership training, team building, and educational experiences focused on our community’s greatest success stories and most significant ongoing challenges.

After the program, participants will be more familiar with current issues, community resources and the social, political, and economic needs of the community. They will leave the program better qualified and more encouraged to take an active role in the decision-making process in Cobb County.
